How to comment

Dee, over at BloggerNewbie commented the other day that some users who are new to blogging might not know how to comment or where to click to make a comment. She brings up a very good point that I overlooked. I know I had trouble finding where to click to make a comment on more than one blog.
So, in most blogs you simply click on the the title of the post and that will bring you to that individual posts’ page. You will see the full text of the post as well as usually the comment section below it. All of the sites I have seen have a spot to make a comment below the last comment. So Scroll down baby.
Don’t worry, the software is built to take input and you can not break things. Just type in your name and email address and if you have a website and the site allows for you to put that site in, type it in as well.
Why email address? – This is one way to combat spam, but also it allows the site owner to say thank you for posting.
Other options to get to the comment section – click on the “read more…” or click on the tiny “__ comments” that you see under a post, or some themes have the number of comments in a corner – if you put your cursor over it and it gets underlined, you can click it.
Comments are always welcome.
I hope that helps. Happy Blogging.
Ben
